CANCELLATION POLICIES
YOU BOOKED THROUGH A TRAVEL AGENCY OR ONLINE:
If you wish to modify or cancel the reservation you made through a Travel Agency such as Best Day, Booking.com, Despegar.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, etc. Please contact them at the Customer Service telephone number provided to you at the time of making your reservation.

If you wish to modify or cancel your reservation, immediately contact one of our reservation agents by phone or email. We suggest you consult the section corresponding to Cancellation Policies of My Dreams Holbox before contacting us.
OUR GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICIES ARE DESCRIBED BELOW:
- Reservations canceled at least 12 days prior to the reservation date will be exempt from charges AS LONG AS THEY HAVE BEEN MADE IN CASH. In the event that the payment has been made by credit card, debit card, deposit, bank transfer, A CHARGE OF 6% WILL APPLY ON THE TOTAL PAYMENT FOR BANK COMMISSION. All refunds will be made via deposit, bank transfer. However, the client also has the option to modify the date of their reservation WITHOUT SUFFERING PENALTIES as long as they contact us by telephone or email AT LEAST ONE DAY BEFORE THE DATE ON WHICH THEIR RESERVATION WAS ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED. so we can make the appropriate changes. Any cancellation or modification must be confirmed by the hotel electronically for it to be considered valid. *Restrictions apply. ** Subject to availability. Reservations canceled 5 to 11 days prior to the reservation date will be subject to a penalty equivalent to 35% of the total amount of one night's stay. All refunds are made exclusively via bank deposit or electronic transfer. However, the client also has the option to modify the date of their reservation WITHOUT SUFFERING PENALTIES as long as they contact us by telephone or email AT LEAST ONE DAY BEFORE THE DATE ON WHICH THEIR RESERVATION WAS ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED. so we can make the appropriate changes. All reservations Reservations may be modified (date, room type, etc.) WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGE AS LONG AS THE GUEST MAKES IT KNOWN TO THE RESERVATIONS DEPARTMENT IN ADVANCE.
Important notes:
All modifications related to changes in dates, room type or number of rooms must be requested in advance.
The new reservation date must not exceed 3 months after the originally reserved date and cannot be modified more than once.
Any change will be subject to availability. Check with our agents if there are rooms available for the date you are interested in.
Does not apply in high season, holidays and weekends.
Late check-in time is 10:00 p.m. Pacific time.
Refund Policies
A refund will only be made in the case of errors attributable to HOTEL MIS SUEÑOS HOLBOX and which would be the following cases:
- When a charge has been made greater than the charge that corresponds to the type of room that the guest has reserved. When the number of nights that the guest was charged exceeds the number of nights that the guest has stayed. When in accordance with the Policies of Cancellation of Hotel Mis Sueños Holbox the guest is eligible to receive a refund. All refunds will be made exclusively through a bank deposit or electronic transfer directly to the client's account. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Refunds may take 5 to 15 days before being reflected on the customer's account statement. If not, please contact our accounting department to verify the status of your refund.
